LASD Needs Help Locating Missing Person Jubaline Herrera, Missing Since July 24, 2019 Palmdale LosAngeles Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit Investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Jubaline Alexia Herrera who lives in Palmdale. She contacted her family Wednesday, July 24, 2019, saying she was in Los Angeles and would be home the following day. Jubaline is a female Hispanic 19 years-old, 5'4” tall, 140lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and a heart tattoo on her left arm. She was last seen wearing a black tank top, blue jeans and sandals. Her loved ones are very worried and asking for your help locating her.
