City of Palmdale Planning Commissioners have approved “The Strata Project”

The vote was 3/0 two absent. 

Commissioners gave their opinions after the hearing was over, in favor of the project and also had their concerns of the impact of the future traffic in the area .

All three commissioners agree , that they all see the growth of the City of Palmdale.

Bart Avery Present: Yes Vote 

15th Street West and Rancho Vista Blvd., across from the  Antelope Valley Mall. 

The developers stated that the new housing, "won't be low income" it will be a "High End Community"

Community residents spoke about the traffic and the noise that the project will cause  after completed. 

The small parcel will include a big box grocery store, retail, 4 restaurants with a drive thru, 308 apartment homes, and 36 townhomes.
