Palmdale boy's reported drowning death under investigation by the LA County LASD.

The reported drowning of a child in Palmdale is under investigation after detectives found trauma to the child's body.

Noah was found in their apartment complex's community pool in the 1200 block of Avenue S on July 5th, 2019

L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger made a general statement about foster children and reunification with their parents, but said she could not confirm whether or not Noah was ever in foster care. “The goal within the county is to always do family reunification,” Barger said. “When you look at what the county’s role is, family reunification is first and foremost.” 

Photo Credit : Gofundme Authorities did not immediately release many details on the case. The death of Noah has been deemed suspicious, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department announced at a press conference Tuesday July 9th, 2019. 

Officials said the child's parents reported that Noah was found in their apartment complex's community pool in the 1200 block of Avenue S on July 5 around 4 p.m. The child was then transported to a nearby hospital, where he died.
