Deputies responded to a call of a stolen vehicle.

 The victim stated while standing outside of her vehicle with the vehicle engine running, the suspect entered her vehicle and drove away with it. 

Courtesy of :LASD  Approximately 25 minutes later, Palmdale Station dispatchers received numerous calls of the stolen vehicle hitting multiple vehicles and fleeing the scene. An informant/victim of the hit and run followed the stolen vehicle to Marie Kerr Park where the suspect parked the stolen vehicle and began fleeing on foot. Deputies promptly responded and captured the suspect. The suspect was arrested and charged with taking a vehicle without the owners consent (10851 CVC) and hit and run (20002 CVC).
