Suspect is wanted for stealing the victim's credit card and using it

Detective Canela needs your help locating Tricia Marie Madrid. Ms. Madrid is 34 year old, Hispanic female, about 5'05 tall with brown hair and brown eyes. 

She is wanted for stealing the victim's credit card and using it. 

Please use caution if you see her, as Ms. Madrid has a no bail warrant on an unrelated burglary case and is a parolee at large.
