Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the family of Jaquarius “Jay” Quinn are asking for your help locating the suspect(s) that shot and killed him Sunday, November 6, 2016, at approximately 8:30 p.m., on the 2300 block of Old Harold Road in Palmdale. Jay was 17 years-old when he had returned home after dining out with his family. Later that night, his body was found on a deserted stretch of Old Harold Road. His loved ones are devastated.
