Riverside Area CHP Officer Dies After Being Struck by Vehicle

This Saturday April 6, 2019, Sergeant Steve Licon, from the Riverside area California Highway Patrol (CHP) lost his life after being struck while on the shoulder of the freeway. 

“Our hearts are heavy after the immeasurable loss of a friend, father, husband, and hero”.
