The Broad Art Museum is Destination for Next City of Palmdale Bus Excursion

PALMDALE – Seats are still available for the City of Palmdale’s bus excursion to the The Broad Art Museum in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 16.

The bus will leave the Palmdale Transportation Center, 39000 Clock Tower Plaza at 9 am and return at 5 pm. Tickets are $25 for the general public but discounted to $20 for Palmdale residents.

Tickets are available at www.cityofpalmdale.org/playpalmdale, or at the recreation and culture office, 38260 10th St. East, open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6 pm.

“The Broad is a new contemporary art museum located in downtown Los Angeles,” said Palmdale Recreation Supervisor Paula Leszkiewicz. “The museum is home to nearly 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is among the most prominent holding of postwar and contemporary art worldwide. The Broad is located within walking distance of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Museum of Contemporary Art, L.A. Central Library and Grand Park.”
