WHO: Representatives from the City of Palmdale, Antelope Valley College, Northrop Grumman and the South Valley WorkSource Center; local businesses.

WHY: To announce the creation of a new training and employment opportunity. The City of Palmdale, Antelope Valley College, Northrop Grumman and the South Valley Worksource Center have joined together to create a new program to meet the local employment demands in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Presented by Goodwill Southern California in partnership with the Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board.
