LANCASTER, Calif. — Job seekers across the Antelope Valley will have an opportunity to meet with dozens of employers during the 17th Annual Job Search Network Job Fair, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, in Lancaster.


More than 60 employers are expected to participate in what organizers describe as one of the Antelope Valley’s largest job fairs.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at West Coast Baptist College, 44538 40th St. East, Lancaster.


Admission and parking are free.

Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally, bring several copies of their résumé and be prepared to speak directly with employers. Some participating companies and organizations may conduct or arrange interviews with qualified candidates.

The job fair brings together employers from a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, public safety, government, aerospace, manufacturing, security, childcare and social services.
