14 Freeway closure alert

Lancaster,CA.- Lancaster and Palmdale commuters! Expect full freeway closures nightly from February 12 to February 15, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Caltrans has scheduled lane closures on the northbound and southbound Antelope Valley Freeway (SR-14) between Technology Drive in Palmdale and Avenue A in Lancaster.

Up to three lanes will be closed for pavement replacement and shoulder work, aiming to enhance road quality for 40+ years. Construction is ongoing Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., and Friday through Saturday, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
